Form and Size: A small tree to 6m high.
Distribution: Rainforests of Qld. and N.S.W.
Leaves: Broadly lance-shaped, whitish beneath, margins toothed, to 12cm long x 5cm
wide.
Flowers: Inconspicuous. Male and female flowers on separate plants.
Fruit: White, fleshy, mulberry-like, very sweet.
Cultivation/Notes: Propagate from cuttings. The fruit are edible and eagerly
sought after by many birds. It is a foodplant of the White Nymph butterfly.
