Saw Leaf Sedge

Form and Size: Erect perrennial sedge to 1 metre tall.

Distribution: Widespread through Qld. and NSW, often in eucalypt communities, along creeks and in gullies.

Leaves: Long, flattened and rough.

Flowers: Spikelets in terminal clusters.

Fruit:  Dark brown seed heads ripen to a reddish brown or orange colour.
