Vitaceae 

Form and Size: A robust woody vine climbing over trees and rocks.

Distribution: Open forests throughout central and eastern Queensland.

Leaves: Simple, alternate, generally oblong with distinct hooded domatia on under side at leaf base.

Flowers: Small, compact and cream.

Flowering Period: Summer months.

Fruit: Berries, about 1cm in diameter, black when ripe.
