Swamp Foxglove

Form and size: Erect annual herb 10-50 cm high, branched, with
minute hairs.
Distribution: Uncommon in moist sites, extending from
NSW to the Kimberleys. Endangered in NSW.
Leaves: Linear to lanceolate, alternate to 20-50mm long.
Margins entire.
Flowers: Tubular, white and pink or red to 25mm, flowering in
summer to autumn.
Fruit: A capsule, ovoid to ellipsoid, 6-7mm long, enclosed
in an enlarged calyx.
